Privacy Policy

Information you give us

We collect only what you choose to send through our contact and quote forms:

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you add it.
• Your message, and the subject you choose, if you add one.
• Quote details: the type of clean, how often, the type of property, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, your town or zip code, a preferred date, and any notes.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, the host processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and to block abuse.

To stop spam, our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell a person from a bot.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and the site saves nothing in your browser.

This site does not track your activity across other websites, so it does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use your information

• To answer your question or prepare your quote.
• To schedule and deliver a cleaning service you ask for.
• To keep a record of enquiries and protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a mailing list when you send a form.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this website for us. They include Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores form submissions, and our website provider, which maintains the site and manages the mailbox that receives your enquiry by email. These providers may use your information only to supply their service to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of our work. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call 512-763-2041. We answer each request as soon as we can.

Children

This site is for adults who want to arrange a cleaning service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
